Trial
Every account starts with a 7-day trial of the Startup plan. When the trial ends without a plan, your servers are suspended: users can’t log in, but files and settings are kept. Choose a plan and everything resumes within a minute.
Plans
Plans differ in storage, number of SFTP users and number of servers. Every feature is available on every plan. See pricing for the current list.
- Storage is shared across your servers and handed out to users as quotas.
- SFTP users count logins across all servers. Dashboard members are unlimited.
- Servers are the instances you can run at the same time.
Paying
Open Billing in the dashboard, choose a plan and pay monthly or yearly (two months free). You can enter a VAT ID at checkout.
Use Manage billing to switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry automatically. While the subscription is past due, servers are suspended. They resume as soon as the payment succeeds.
